The Dubuque Food Co-op has a goal of having 20% of its inventory come from local producers, farmers, and growers. The Dubuque Food Co-op's standard for local includes items within a 90 mile radius. These local products will include a variety of cheeses, eggs, milk, and meats such as grass fed beef, free range chickens, and organically raised pork. Midwest produce will also be in abundance. Look for locally grown fruits and vegetables, seasonally, such as lettuces, onions, squash, and much much more!
